Once your veneers have been fitted, you can go straight back to living, eating and drinking as you normally would. Your dental practitioner will run through how to look after your veneers, and things you can do to make them last longer.

Whilst many dental treatments can result in sensitivity for a few days following, sensitive teeth are more likely to improve after your porcelain veneers have been fitted, since you will have a solid seal over the surface of your tooth once more.
You may still be asked to come in for a check up appointment after a few weeks of having your veneers. This is so your dentist can make sure your bite is correct and make any necessary minor adjustments.
